Writers conscious of the environment sought

The Writers’ Colony at Dairy Hollow has opened applications for the 2023 Moondancer Fellowship for authors who express their passion for the natural world and concern for the environment through their writing. The fellowship is open to poets, fiction writers, playwrights, screenwriters, essayists, memoirists, and columnists.

The fellowship winner will receive a two-week residency at WCDH to focus on their writing. Applications must be accompanied by a writing sample and non-refundable $35 application fee. Only one writing project may be proposed per application and the deadline for applications is midnight on Monday, May 22. The winner will be announced by June 26.
