Editor,
Having attended four of Steve Womack’s town hall meetings and communicating with his offices daily, I cannot justify him serving another term. In all of his meetings he avoids calling on his constituents of color. He takes no initiative and votes strictly the party line, even voting against veteran’s widow’s benefits.
For all of his obsession about the deficit, he voted for giving tax breaks to only the richest, causing the deficit to soar.
He is personally responsible for killing debate on Trump’s Russia platform at the Republican National Convention. Slamming down his gavel declaring, “the nays have it” after clearly hearing a resounding “yea” from the delegates. Shocked? So were they. Google it. Enough Womack.
