Voice from the Museum

Editor,

Everyone at the Eureka Springs Historical Museum thanks those individuals who volunteered, participated and attended our 9th annual, “Voices from Eureka’s Silent City.” This year we presented a light-hearted look at the people, places and things that Robert Ripley of “Ripley’s Believe it or Not” fame found interesting about Eureka Springs, and some other aspects of ES that he would have found interesting. For example, Norman Baker’s affinity for the color purple, the Christ of the Ozarks statue, and the fact that dinosaurs once roamed the hills of Eureka Springs.

And as always, we thank Cornerstone Bank, Local Flavor Cafe, and Aquarius Taqueria for sponsoring our event. It takes a village, and our village blessed us abundantly!
