I wish there were (subjunctive!) unity in our country, but there is not. It’s as if there are, at least, two different societies.
One is called the GOP! Homophobic; entitlements for only the rich; full of incompetent, self-centered liars; cutting Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security; and, racist. They “own” our country, for now.
The others [are] Democrats, liberals, Democratic Socialists, poor people, the elderly, immigrant children in cages, and environmentalists who love the Earth.
I am proud that I am not a Republican! How about you?
