For all of you procrastinators out there this is a gentle reminder to get your holiday shopping done. It’s halfway through December and if you aren’t finished you are bound to take part in my and my father’s tradition of panic shopping on the eve of Christmas. I am proud to say I am not partaking as my shopping was completed in the first week of the month. Speaking of gifts and gift giving, Gravel Bar is hosting a White Elephant Gift Exchange on Thursday that benefits GSHS and Purple Flower. Exchange gifts among others with a $5 suggested entry donation that is split between the local charities. White elephant gifts should be around $15 in value. And don’t forget to grab a bite to eat as well~
