Susan Carolyn (Trimble) Daniels born November 22,1957, to Bruce Trimble and Irene (Lucker) Trimble in Chicago, Ill., as the youngest of her siblings. She departed this life on January 20, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Ark., at age 68.
Susan moved to Arkansas with her family and graduated from Eureka Springs High School. She married Troy Daniels, who was the love of her life. Susan worked with Troy in food industry management, which took them to live in eastern Arkansas, Oklahoma, Florida and Mississippi, where she later worked in banking.
Following her ancestral research, Susan joined the Daughters of the American Revolution where she served in local chapters in Hattiesburg, Miss., as well as the Eureka Springs chapter. Susan also served as a commissioner for the Eureka Springs Historic District Commission. She will be remembered for her quick wit and sharp sense of humor.
Susan is survived by her brother Kenneth Bruce (Deborah Anne) Trimble of Eureka Springs, Ark.; her sister Claudia Susanne (Gil Michael) Clark of Gettysburg, Penn.; many nephews and nieces and other relatives and friends, as well as her furbabies Holly, Roo, Diago and Kit Cat.
Susan was preceded in death by her husband Troy Daniels, her parents Bruce and Irene Trimble, her sister Deborah Lynn Saalfeld of Bella Vista, Ark., paternal grandparents Francis Clifford Trimble and Laura (Knudson) Trimble of Chicago, Ill., her maternal grandparents Walter A. Lucker and Lillian (Schindler) Lucker of Palatine, Illi., and her niece, Sativa Anne Trimble.
