Winds from Friday night’s storm hit Carroll County Airport very hard. The roof of one hangar crashed onto the plane below, another plane which was tied down got flipped over, sides of hangars were blown off as was exterior siding of the terminal. Electricity was still out midday Saturday. Manager Michael Pfeifer said the county will be out Monday to assess the damage.
