Richard Lewis Allen of Eureka Springs, Ark., was born January 22, 1953 in Atlanta, Ga. Richard passed away peacefully Feb. 23, 2021 at Willard Walker Hospice in Fayetteville, Ark., with best friend and long-time companion, Sam Evans, by his side. He will always be missed by family and many, many friends who loved him dearly.
Rest in peace sweet man, forever free of pain and suffering.
Richard requested that there be no memorial service and that he be cremated, with ashes scattered at a special place. Donations to a local charity of your choice are greatly appreciated.
