Patricia Hanson passed away peacefully in her home on March 7, 2020, in the company of her husband of 46 years, Gary Hanson.
Patty was a devoted mother and wife, and a longtime member of the Eureka Springs community. She was a voracious reader, a talented gardener and lover of nature. She was a rebel, a friend, a sister, wife, and loving grandmother.
She was highly intelligent, caring, and hilarious. She loved music, books, art, poetry, and a good cup of tea. Patty was an important part of her community and loved by many.
In short, she was a rare and special person whose presence will be greatly missed. She leaves behind her loving husband Gary, her son Eli, daughter Sara, two grandsons Arlo and Felix, her sisters Katherine and Jean, and countless friends.
A celebration of her life to be announced at a later date.
