The Creek Rocks have a pure Ozarks sound that comes through on the folk artists’ debut CD Wolf Hunter. Fine banjo picking and lyrics that will make you smile wistfully, this is a piece of folklore history passed down through the ages. The Springfield duo of Cindy Wolk and Mark Bilyeu, who married after they began working together, are sincere and blend their voices charmingly.
