Yay! It’s time for the Inspiration Point Fire Department Auxiliary 7th Annual Chili Cook-off and Silent Auction, Saturday, Nov. 2 from 5 – 8 p.m. at Station 1, six miles west of Eureka Springs on US 62. If you pass the opera, you’ve gone too far.
Please join us in supporting our firefighters and first responders. Watch the judging and enjoy some music beginning at 5. After winners are announced, choose your meal: a bowl of chili with cornbread, chili dog or Frito pie with the fixin’s, all served with iced tea and dessert for $10. You can also peruse and bid on many Silent Auction items donated by local businesses and restaurants.
Funds go to the IPFD Auxiliary, formed four years ago with the sole purpose of supporting the Inspiration Point Fire Department and helping to buy needed equipment.
