I really enjoy where I live – here in the Ozarks. I was fortunate enough to be able to choose where I wanted to live in life. So many people are not. Some people end up where they end up, and some people want life in their hometown, some people are led to places because of jobs, – starting the new, getting closer to the family, maybe financial difficulties, aging, nicer schools or neighborhoods, following love or leaving love.

Mine was to start a new life, freedom to find my own self and chase my passion, which is fishing. Fishing is a part of my life, I cannot give it up. What a better place to be than here? We have multiple places to fish here in this area within a 15 to 30 minutes drive: Beaver Lake, Table Rock Lake, Lake Leatherwood, Kings River, White River, Roaring River and Black Bass Lake.

All full of fish, many kinds of fish, requiring all different ways to fish. But then there is our team member

Richard Lee Rusher, and daughter, Onna. Richard has a team of girls that find hidey holes, and special fish just like this one found on what he said was a backroad of Arkansas. It is a rare fish called albino, or golden trout. This was on his bucket list. Was released to fight another day. Good job! All around.

OK, so if you are ready to get out and see some nature, or catch some fish give us a call at (479) 363-9632 or look us up on Facebook at Custom Adventures Guide Service for more on what we are getting done. Sightseeing trips are great now! Eagles are out. Don`t forget to take a kid fishing and birdwatching, make them smile.
