David Blankenship may be Eureka’s busiest bluesman, rockin’ his blues guitar with Los Roscoes on Tuesdays at the Cathouse, Blue Dream Blue on Sundays at Chelsea’s, and acoustic Americana guitar with Sad Daddy. David cut his teeth in the Ft. Worth blues world and is an amazing talent. When unfortunate circumstances called for fellow musicians Melissa Carper and Brian Martin to sit in with Los Roscoes, the trio of David, Melissa and Brian had so much fun they didn’t want to stop! So was born Groove Button, featuring some of our favorite talents set to a new electric groove. Don’t miss the debut of this new group formed from the sheer joy of music played together with friends.
