It’s going to be another busy weekend with Bikes, Blues, and BBQ coming up. Admittedly I’m not a big fan of motorcycles, but I’m a fan of the music this week, so there’s that if I dare to brave a walk outside. This week we see some fantastic acoustic groups and singles coming into town such as Whiskey Menders, Vintage Band (acoustic for lunch on Saturday at New Delhi) and Alyssa Galvan. For some good feet stomping fun (try to drown out the pipe sound) we’ve got Bad Jacksons at New Delhi, Brook White playing at Rowdy Beaver Den and Fonky Donkey at Chelsea’s. Everyone is pulling out all the stops and for good reason with how many people will be in town. I’ll be at the library watching the windows rattle most of the weekend. Until a quieter next week… ~J
