The Democratic Party of Carroll County will hold its next meeting at the Carroll Electric Community Room on Sept. 11 with meet and greet at 6 p.m. followed by the general meeting at 6:30 p.m. Jesse Gibson, an attorney from Little Rock, will speak on Issue 1 on November’s ballot, Tort Reform. Yard sale signs for candidates will be available.
