November 27

12:41 p.m. – Alarm company reported a residential burglary alarm triggered on Main Street. Constables discovered it had been set off accidentally.

11:43 p.m. – ESPD alerted CCSO to a possibly suicidal person at an address outside city limits.

November 28

8:04 a.m. – Unchaperoned red-nosed pug puppy went to school. Constable took it to the station where its owner later retrieved it.

2:07 p.m. – Traffic stop resulted in the arrest of an individual on an outstanding CCSO warrant.

3:12 p.m. – Report came in about trespassers at a vacant building in the east part of town, but constables who responded did not find anybody.

November 29

11:26 a.m. – Observer alerted ESPD to a fire near the pump house at Black Bass Lake.

4:50 p.m. – Report of an auto theft was transferred to CCSO because it was not in city limits.

5:41 p.m. – Alarm was triggered at a business. Constable found the building secure.

November 30

1:50 a.m. – Husband and wife engaged in a disturbance at an establishment on US 62. Another patron tried to intervene and got banged on the head by a barstool. Responding constable called EMS, but victim refused treatment. The husband had already left the scene and no one wanted to press charges.

1:20 p.m. – Traffic stop resulted in the arrest of an individual on a warrant out of Berryville.

1:47 p.m. – Constable filed a report of damage to a building downtown.

December 1

8 a.m. – Staff at ESH asked for a constable to file a report on a dog bite.

11:01 a.m. – Individual just south of US 62 reported someone had set up a campsite on her property, and a campfire was still smoldering. She wanted the campers off her property. She later reporting seeing a particular vehicle leave that part of the property. Constable did not find anyone there.

11:39 a.m. – Constable arrested an individual for trespassing, public intoxication, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.

4 p.m. – Traffic stop resulted in an arrest.

9:45 p.m. – Constable spoke with a father about his juvenile son being a runaway.

11:55 p.m. – Domestic dispute prompted a visit from a constable. The couple separated for the night.

December 2

10:40 a.m. – Business person reported vandalism.

3:46 p.m. – Constable went to a business to follow up on a theft suspect. He spoke with the person and advised her never to return to the business.

9:58 p.m. – Call came in for a welfare check on an elderly person in the western part of town. Constables spoke with the person and checked the area for suspicious activity.

December 3

3:37 a.m. – ESH staff requested constable assistance with an uncooperative patient.

7:57 a.m. – Person on US 62 reported her bike had been vandalized during the night.

11:45 p.m. – Constable responded to report of a possibly intoxicated driver in a neighborhood above downtown.

December 4

12:42 a.m. – Person claimed the bankcard was not working at an ATM.

1:50 a.m. – Constable checked on a call about suspicious circumstances at a residence near downtown.

4:04 a.m. – Alarm rang out at an establishment on US 62, but the constable found the building secure.

6:38 a.m. – Constable performed a welfare check at a hotel.
