November 14

11:06 a.m. – Bed & Breakfast owner reported a break-in.

3:36 p.m. – Constable responded to an inn because of a 911 hangup call and encountered two individuals with outstanding warrants. They were arrested.

10:05 p.m. – Gas station attendant reported a suspicious vehicle. Constable on patrol determined its occupants checked out okay.

November 15

3:29 p.m. – Constable performed a welfare check on an elderly person and discovered he was living with his son and doing well.

4:11 p.m. – Constables went to an address to serve a warrant and found out the subject had gone by ambulance to the hospital in Berryville. Constables notified CCSO.

November 16

11:13 a.m. – Guest who had rented a cabin broke a window. Guest agreed to pay for the damages.

12:06 p.m. – Observer told ESPD a vehicle had pulled into and out of the parking lot three times, and the third time drove out in the ditch Constable never encountered the vehicle.

2:52 p.m. – Guests at a tourist lodging reported a possible disturbance nearby. Constables looked around but found no signs of a disturbance.

4:34 p.m. – Constable went to an address to apprise a vehicle owner her vehicle would be towed if she did not retrieve it.

6:59 p.m. – ESPD was alerted to a suicidal person. Constable and EMS responded, and the person was transported to ESH.

9:20 p.m. – Individual came to the station to turn herself in on a warrant for failure to pay.

November 17

9:44 a.m. – Central dispatch alerted ESPD to a 911 hangup call at a motel. Constable discovered it had been an accidental pocket call.

10:14 a.m. – Restaurant staff reported a large uncollared, unchaperoned dog cavorting nearby. Animal Control did not encounter it but did warn its owner to expect a citation upon future episodes.

3:34 p.m. – Vehicle near downtown was reportedly inappropriately parked but, it was gone when the constable arrived.

6:37 p.m. – Constable went to the same vicinity for a vehicle parked in a fire lane, but again it was gone when he got there.

8:30 p.m. – Constables were called to a downtown restaurant for an assault in progress. They arrived to find the couple not fighting but intoxicated. The couple called for a ride and they were released to a responsible person.

9:15 p.m. – Constable responded to an accident on US 62 and arrested one of the drivers for DWI.

9:30 p.m. – Complaint came in about a barking dog. Constable went to the neighborhood but did not hear any barking.

9:40 p.m. – Constable went to a location to check on a supposedly suspicious vehicle, but did not find one.

10:38 p.m. – Someone reported a domestic disturbance but the constable who went to the location found the scene quiet.

11 p.m. – Traffic stop resulted in the arrest of the driver for driving on a suspended out-of-state license.

November 18

8:20 a.m. – Constable spoke with the management of a business about a false alarm.

2:40 p.m. – Parking meter downtown malfunctioned.

2:42 p.m. – Constables were called upon to settle a domestic issue at an apartment.

4:35 p.m. – Constable on patrol came upon an accident on US 62 toward the east end of town.

7:37 p.m. – Call came in about a possibly suicidal male. Constable went to the scene and found the subject doing okay.

9:57 p.m. – Because of a domestic assault, the male was arrested and the female was taken to ESH for treatment.

November 19

2:03 a.m. – Constable checked on a suspicious vehicle in a neighborhood just east of downtown.

2:40 a.m. – There was an accident out of city limits, and a constable stood by until a deputy arrived.

10:50 a.m. – Constable filed a report of a private property accident.

11:45 a.m. – There was damage to a motorcycle at the high school.

November 20

3:11 a.m. – Constable on patrol noticed a door open at a vacant business. Owner was notified to lock the door.
