May 16

6:27 p.m. – A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of a man driving on a suspended license.

8:14 p.m. – There was a report of someone’s neighbor possibly using drugs that were causing her to be drugged in her home. Officer made contact via phone and there was no report.

9:28 p.m. – A female was arrested at a traffic stop for terroristic threatening.

May 17

6:09 a.m. – Caller said a female had broken into their car and was trying to take things. Responding officer arrested the female for theft.

5:36 p.m. – Officers responded to a structure fire that ESPD extinguished.

7:51 p.m. – A domestic between two subjects got a report.

9:24 p.m. – Officers assisted with a call regarding to a passenger in a vehicle that was incapacitated.

May 18

8:53 a.m. – ESFD responded to a minor accident and requested that an ESPD officer meet them at the hospital. Officer made contact, there was no damage, were no injuries and no report.

10:10 a.m. – Caller said their vehicle broke down in an intersection and was blocking traffic. The vehicle was towed and there was no report.

May 19

1:04 a.m. – Caller said her boyfriend hit her, left the scene, and he could not be located. A report was taken, but then a call came to return to the highway motel due to a female yelling and disturbing guests and damaging motel property. She was arrested for disorderly conduct and a report was filed for other charges. She was also trespassed from the property by the owner.

May 20

2:37 a.m. – Caller said she and her husband were going through a divorce and she wanted him to leave. Officers said he couldn’t be removed since he lived there, and they were still married. The couple agreed to stay in separate rooms for the night.

9:52 a.m. – Caller reported several vehicles racing and passing illegally on Hwy. 23 headed for town. Officer responded to the edge of town but the drivers he located were obeying traffic laws.

11:10 a.m. – A man turned himself in on a warrant. He was taken to jail and served.

11:15 a.m. – Caller said a female was causing a disturbance at a downtown business. She was gone on arrival but was later advised that she had been criminally trespassed from the property.

May 21

12:45 a.m. – Caller advised that she was extremely intoxicated and wouldn’t advise what the problem was other than she was at a hotel with security. Officers made contact with her, and she went to her room for the night.

1:22 a.m. – CCSO said they got a call about a female screaming in the area. Officer responded and checked the old ballfield and surrounding area but neither saw nor heard anything unusual.
