Sept. 20

12:34 a.m. – Officer on patrol found a closed but unlocked business. The owner was contacted and secured the door.

12:26 p.m. – An erratic driver got reported, located, and lectured.

3:01p.m. – A building’s open door led to it being checked and secured.

3:30 p.m. – A male and female were reported arguing but they were not located.

5:05 p.m. – An accident near the dog park got a report.

9:07 p.m. – A person playing very loud music from their vehicle was told to turn it down or off and that’s what happened.

Sept. 21

12:41 a.m. – A motion detector went off at a gas station, apparently the result of balloons floating inside.

3:27 a.m. – A female was reported in the middle of Hillside sitting in a vehicle with its high beams on. She was gone on arrival.

8:45 a.m. – Caller claimed dogs were locked in a vehicle overnight and it would get hot during the day. Dogs were found to be fine, and owner was leaving soon.

10:16 a.m. – A moving truck parked in a fire lane downtown was blocking the trolleys. It moved.

10:37 a.m. – A gun lost by a guest was found by a maintenance man. Officers secured the gun, and a report was taken.

12:26 p.m. – A vehicle backed off a curb at Spring and Mountain Sts. It blocked traffic. It was moved by a tow truck.

4:31 p.m. – A vehicle that was parked on Planer Hill for two days was moved that afternoon.

5:42 p.m. – A man on Steel Street was stealing things, and officers trespassed him from the property.

7:45 p.m. – Officers were dispatched to a downtown hotel because two males were reported fighting. The males were not located, so officers asked if anyone witnessed anything, and everyone said no.

9:01 p.m. – Officers were dispatched to a motel where a female had drugs on her while she was on probation.

9:26 p.m. – A female was threatening people in Basin Park but she and whoever she was with were gone on arrival.

9:30 p.m. – Officers went to a highway business where a male was possibly paying with fake twenties, but they weren’t fake.

9:48 p.m. – Officers went to a motel where a woman was threatening to kill her sister.

Sept. 22

9:47 a.m. – A disagreement between a resident and an employee ended when the resident was told to leave and not return.

1:15 p.m. – Officers went to a local thrift store for a disturbing donation. It was deemed odd, but not criminal.

Sept. 23

12:14 a.m. – A man was arrested at a routine traffic stop.

10:09 a.m. – A woman staying overnight at a B&B without permission was arrested for breaking and entering.

 4:02 p.m. – A multi-vehicle accident had no injuries but got a report.

11:48 p.m. – Officers were alerted to a male and female being intoxicated at a local lodge. They said they would stay in their room for the rest of the night.

11:53 p.m. – An intoxicated male was reported at the same lodge.

Sept. 24

6:32 p.m. – Officers went to an accident on Mountain St. but by the time they got there, the driver got unstuck and drove away.

6:50 p.m. – A male outside of a property was reported as suspicious. Officer talked with him, he was fine.

8:15 p.m. – A car that was backed into in the Aud parking lot got a report.

Sept. 25

1:06 a.m. – A traffic stop resulted in an arrest.

8:57 a.m. – A domestic disturbance resulted in the couple being separated and a report taken.

10:29 a.m. – A domestic disturbance at an apartment complex resulted in all parties being separated.

12:41 p.m. – A motorcyclist threw a bottle at a vehicle. There was no damage to the vehicle and the motorcyclist was not located.

2:01 p.m. – A hit-and-run from the night before last was reported. The victim was contacted and a report taken.

Sept. 26

12:05 a.m. – Caller heard voices outside her front door. Officers did not find anyone in the area.

1:29 a.m. – Caller said he needed to speak to an officer because he just needed to talk to someone. Contact was made and he was OK and not a threat to himself.
