August 8
6:17 p.m. – A subject wanted to file a report for a couple of break-ins and show ESPD video footage. A report was taken.
10:11 p.m. – Caller reported that a male was camped by the ER entrance at ESH and would not leave after being asked to. Officer got the male to leave and told him not come back unless he had a medical emergency.
August 9
2:15 a.m. – An alarm at a convenience store was activated but the front door was found to be locked and no one was around.
3:06 p.m. – Caller complained that a man came in and got a 15 pack, then came back for more and was refused. He became angry and started yelling and was advised not to go back there again.
10:40 p.m. – Caller said he accidentally hit a Stop sign at an intersection and wanted to report it. A report was taken, and officer got the sign back up.
August 10
10:48 a.m. – A female was reported yelling at a male from a vehicle. Both were gone on arrival, and neither was located.
11:20 a.m. – A report was taken after a tour bus hit a car on N. Main.
August 11
1:58 a.m. – A man was arrested at a routine traffic stop.
August 12
12:08 a.m. – A man was arrested at a routine traffic stop.
3:03 a.m. – Caller on Main St. said three males in the downstairs apartment were fighting. Officer arrived, looked for but found no physical injuries, and the males were told to quiet down.
4:33 p.m. – A vehicle with a trailer blocked traffic on Center St. until it got moved.
9:35 p.m. – A guest at a motel had a wallet stolen in the parking lot. A report was taken.
August 13
8:16 a.m. – Officers responded multiple times to a disorderly patient at ESH who was eventually calmed down.
10:41 a.m. – A report was taken following a two-vehicle, no injury traffic accident on US62.
11:17 a.m. – Officer responded to a bank drive through where a person was possibly using a fake ID.
5:32 p.m. – A report of a woman lying on the side of the road resting, but maybe not OK, came in. She was found to be OK and walking out of the city limits.
5:42 p.m. – Subject wanted to file a report over a stolen license plate.
7:46 p.m. – Kids were reported making too much noise above Basin Park, so officers responded.
10:45 p.m. – Intoxicated guests at a motel were loud and wandering around the property and pool. They didn’t want to go to their rooms until officers told them that was their best option.
11:09 p.m. – The four aforementioned guests left their rooms when the cops left, and the owner wanted them removed from the property, which they were.
11:44 p.m. – Caller reported a multiple individual fight outside a highway motel. Officers responded and those involved left the property.
August 14
12:59 a.m. – A woman was arrested at a routine traffic stop.
1:07 a.m. – A fight at a N. Main business had dispersed by arrival. Officers took a report from the victim.
7:38 p.m. – Subject wanted to file a report of his ex-girlfriend getting into his accounts. An info only report was taken.
11:56 p.m. – A man was arrested at a routine traffic stop.
