April 18

9:24 a.m. – Officers received a call regarding theft of a gas jug and chainsaw from Lake Leatherwood. A report was taken.

2:12 p.m. – Dog fight, owners bitten, report.

6:34 p.m. – A child playing with a phone and calling 911 was fine but advised to stop it.

April 19

2:04 p.m. – A convenience store alarm indicated trouble but there was none.

4:14 a.m. – Another highway business alarm went off, but everything was fine.

8:36 a.m. – As residential alarm was investigated, and all was found to be A-OK.

5:47 p.m. – A call regarding a domestic disturbance at a highway motel came in, contact was made, the subject trespassed, and a report taken.

6:33 p.m. – A recklessly driven truck was called in but there was negative contact.

7:50 p.m. – Officers made a traffic stop that resulted in a woman’s arrest.

10:39 p.m. – Officers arrested a man following a traffic stop.

April 20

12:24 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on Hwy. 23, an accident occurred, and Carroll County Sheriff ‘s Office notified.

2:33 a.m. – Shots being fired were reported near Anderson St., but no contact was made.

3:46 a.m. – When a highway business alarm went off, it was checked and deemed secure.

6:42 a.m. – Alarm at the same business was activated but nothing was out of the ordinary.

8:10 a.m. – A tree fell and blocked part of the highway, Public Works made everything better.

11:09 a.m. – A reported reckless driver on Passion Play Rd. was not located.

4:18 p.m. – Officers responded to a welfare check and the subject refused assistance.

April 21

10:14 a.m. – The subject of a welfare check was found to be fine.

11:17 a.m. – A semi-truck was blocking caller’s driveway but it was gone on arrival.

8:32 p.m. – A report was taken regarding a private property traffic accident.

9:17 p.m. – A domestic disturbance at an apartment complex was all verbal and there was no report.

April 22

7:48 a.m. – Caller said a person had slept on the front porch and officers asked that person to leave.

9:34 a.m. – A person needing medical attention was transported to ESH by EMS.

6:14 p.m. – A truck ran out of gas and was blocking US62, it was moved.

8:05 p.m. – After responding to a 911 call, no distress was found.

11:11 p.m. – A noise complaint was called in and subjects were advised to turn their music down.

11:36 p.m. – The music at a downtown bar was thought to be too loud and it was turned down, also.

April 23

12:36 a.m. – A traffic stop resulted in an arrest.

1:54 a.m. – Officers stopped and arrested a drunk driver.

2:44 p.m. – Officers responded to a child possibly in danger in the woods, but it was determined that the responsible person was under the influence and no one was in danger. An arrest was made.

5:17 p.m. – A male was reported hollering and throwing things, he was located and calm and there was no report.
