Oct. 19

1:22 a.m. – Officers quelled a disturbance on N. Main.

4:30 a.m. – A burglar alarm was checked and all was secure.

3:10 p.m. – Officer spoke to a female at ESPD regarding a theft and a report was taken.

6:10 p.m. – Suspicious activity on Echols was checked out and no report was required.

7:04 p.m. – A disturbance on Pivot Rock Rd. turned into no disturbance.

9:42 p.m. – Suspicious activity on Oak Ridge was checked and all was fine.

Oct. 20

8:07 p.m. – Caller said a vehicle was hitting a dumpster that was placed very close to traffic on N. Main.

Oct. 21

3:11 a.m. – Officers went to help a deputy on a disturbance call on Passion Play Rd., but the suspect was gone on arrival.

5:51 p.m. – A female said she was picking up a vehicle when two individuals came up to her and became angry, so an officer responded.

6:23 p.m. – Caller asked to speak with an officer regarding a male who keeps coming onto his properties. Information was taken.

8:09 p.m. – Caller said a male customer became angry about his order and left but called later to further express his anger.

Oct. 22

11:35 a.m. – A woman was arrested in Madison County on an outstanding ESPD warrant and taken to the Carroll County jail.

3:12 p.m. – Caller said a female in her neighborhood was being harassed. Officer responded for a report.

4:03 p.m. – A blue BMW was called in for being driven recklessly on Hwy. 23S, but it was nowhere to be found.

4:36 p.m. – Officer spoke with a caller by phone in reference to harassment.

5:22 p.m. – CCSO reported a reckless driver in a white Toyota Camry on Hwy. 23 S headed for ES but the vehicle was not located.

6:17 p.m. – Caller told officer a person keeps calling him, the officer gave him options.

9:30 p.m. – Officers and EMS responded to a female who was lying on the sidewalk near Mill Hollow Rd. and N. Main.

11:11 p.m. – Officer went to Washington Country on a warrant arrest transfer.

Oct. 23

1:41 a.m. – A business burglar alarm check showed all to be secure.

9:56 a.m. – A welfare check on Spring St. revealed that all parties were fine so there was no report.

11:31 a.m. – Officers responded for a civil standby.

12:16 p.m. – A two-vehicle accident near Pine Mtn. Village got a report.

4 p.m. – Caller said a male and female were making a lot of noise on Pendergrass Corner.

8:58 p.m. – A driver was reportedly going too slow through town. The driver was checked and all was OK.

9:50 p.m. – An audible alarm was going off on Spring St. but all was checked and secure. The alarm stopped.

10:11 p.m. – Loud music at an apartment complex was quiet when officer arrived.

10:51 p.m. – A highway business alarm was checked and all was secure.

Oct. 24

12:45 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle was circling Hayes St. and an officer responded.

9:13 a.m. – A report was done on a welfare concern.

9:29 a.m. – No report was required on Spring St. accident.

10:27 a.m. – A theft report was taken on E. Van Buren.

10:31 a.m. – An alarm at the same address was checked out and all was secure.

2:11 p.m. – Trucks were parked illegally on Owen, so they got a response.

4:11 p.m. – A van partially blocking a Mountain St. driveway was moved.

5:47 p.m. – A potentially counterfeit bill was checked.

6:19 p.m. – A domestic dispute between a male and female got a response and officer spoke with both parties.

10:54 pm. – Officers responded to a welfare check near Norris St., they spoke with a female who refused assistance.

11:25 p.m. – A domestic dispute ended with the male and female being separated for the night.

Oct. 25

2 a.m. – When officer responded to a downtown hotel regarding an intoxicated male he returned to his room and went to sleep.

2:47 a.m. – Officer responded to a possible domestic and EMS responded for a medical issue. Conversation indicated there was no dispute.

7:05 a.m. – EMS and ESPD responded to a highway restaurant for a woman having abdominal pain. She was taken to EMS and refused to give identification information for treatment. Officers escorted her off the property and she left the area, still unidentified.

3:35 p.m. – No one was located following a welfare concern call.

10:12 p.m. – Officer responded to a call about a reckless driver.

11:34 p.m. – A man was arrested at a traffic stop on a warrant out of Green Forest for failure to appear, driving on a suspended DL, careless driving and no insurance.
