Sept. 7

12:24 a.m. – A motel asked that a suspicious male be checked out.

4:09 p.m. – Officer was asked to assist ESFD with a gas leak on Mountain St.

4:18 p.m. – A parking issue was resolved when a vehicle was moved.

7:10 p.m. – When a suspicious person was contacted, that person received a citation.

10:17 p.m. – A reported possibly intoxicated driver was stopped and not intoxicated.

10:49 p.m. – A suspicious person at a residence was checked out.

11:03 p.m. – Officer went to a residence to check a suspicious person.

Sept. 8

2:38 p.m. – A large truck caused congestion on Spring St. but it was gone on arrival.

5:27 p.m. – CCSO advised of a reckless driver coming into the city. Officer responded but did not make contact.

8:46 p.m. – An intoxicated male was reported, found and returned to a facility.

10:08 p.m. – Multiple calls about an accident on Spring got a response and a report.

Sept. 9

11:35 a.m. – Officer took a walk-in fraud report.

8:18 p.m. – Caller said a neighbor’s car was blocking her driveway but the car was gone on arrival.

Sept. 10

3:37 a.m. – An unoccupied structure with an open door was checked.

12:01 p.m. – Officer took a report at a gas station.

2:19 p.m. – An accident on W. Van Buren got a report.

2:41 p.m. – A male going door-to-door regarding his business was stopped from doing that.

3:58 p.m. – Caller said an abandoned vehicle had been on her street for a week or so. It was checked and cleared.

2:52 a.m. – A man who was yelling on E. Van Buren was reported.

6:53 p.m. – CCSO got a call regarding a possible domestic, but as officers got more details, it was indeed a county address.

8:31 p.m. – As officer responded to an alarm, the alarm company cancelled the call.

9:34 p.m. – A group of people was reportedly drinking in a grocery store parking lot, but they were gone on arrival.

Sept. 12

5:47 a.m. – Suspicious activity at an apartment complex was checked out.

9:35 a.m. – A 911 call turned out to be unnecessary.

10:05 a.m. – A disturbance turned out to be a civil issue.

11:23 a.m. – Officer responded to an injured deer on Linwood.

3:37 p.m. – A suspicious male reported near Basin Park was located and cleared.

4:50 p.m. – Officers were asked to be on the lookout for a vehicle stolen in Berryville.

5:51 p.m. – An intoxicated man walking along the highway was arrested.

Sept. 13

2:07 a.m. – Officers responded to a highway bar for loud screaming and noise.

10:47 a.m. – Caller said her wallet had been stolen in Eureka Springs and her credit/debit card used in a Ft. Smith convenience store.

11:56 a.m. – Caller said he was hit by a male on a bicycle as he drove up E. Mountain. EMS checked the bike rider who declined transport and there was no vehicle damage.

2:33 p.m. – A reported intoxicated male was found not to be intoxicated.

3:47 p.m. – A suspicious person call came in from Pivot Rock Rd.

3:51 p.m. – Officer responded to Lake Leatherwood Park about a vehicle theft. The vehicle was located.

5:14 p.m. – A 911 call led to no distress.

9:52 p.m. – Officers went to an apartment complex due to a domestic disturbance.

10:11 p.m. – A suspicious vehicle was checked out on the east side

Sept. 14

12:14 a.m. – A bank alarm caused a thorough search of the building and area. All was secure.

2:05 a.m. – Following a call regarding a domestic, a woman was arrested for domestic battery 3rd and immediate confinement-initial evaluation.
