2:10 p.m. – Officer went looking for a reported reckless driver who was not located.

6:50 p.m. – An unknown call for police from N. Main got a response but not resolution as no person or incident was found.

7:44 p.m. – An erratic driver on US62 was reported but not located.

10:36 p.m. – An open 911 call came in from Prospect, but after checking the area and a nearby hotel no distress was found.

Sept. 1

4:06 p.m. – Multiple calls regarding an erratically driven gray Dodge pickup came in. The vehicle was located at a motel and the driver was cleared.

4:35 p.m. – Caller said a motorcycle was hidden underneath pallets by the dumpster behind a convenience store, so it was checked and cleared.

5:22 p.m. – An erratically driven motorcycle was reported but not located.

5:35 p.m. – Caller said a white Jeep wasn’t being driven as it should be, but the Jeep was not found.

5:57 p.m. – Officer met with a subject and took information for a report.

Sept. 2

1:13 a.m. – An alarm went off at a hotel but nothing was wrong.

1:14 a.m. – An alarm went off at a bank and a thorough and uneventful search all was deemed secure.

1:27 p.m. – A possible homeless camp was reported on Judah but officers found nothing although they added extra patrol.

6:09 p.m. – Caller reported a possible domestic altercation on E. Van Buren. Officer spoke with and cleared the individuals involved.

6:32 p.m. – Caller said an abandoned vehicle had been sitting at the entrance to their business for about a week. Officer responded.

6:45 p.m. – Caller said a suspicious male was walking around a parking lot but he was nowhere to be found on arrival.

Sept. 3

2:28 a.m. – Officer contacted a suspicious person and after a chat the subject left the area.

5:52 a.m. – A 911 hangup from Benton revealed nothing when checked.

5:27 p.m. – Caller said a man was passed out near her residence. Officer spoke with and arrested the man for an outstanding warrant.

5:51 p.m. – An individual reported a residential alarm, the keyholder was on the scene and cleared.

5:59 p.m. – Caller said when she returned to her car she noticed someone had hit it. A report was taken.

9:09 p.m. – Caller said a man and a male child were walking along the highway, but neither ESPD nor CCSO located them.

9:39 p.m. – CCSO called to say that a semi was coming into town but not being well-driven. Officer located and passed the semi, it was being driven quite well.

10:22 p.m. – ESPD and EMS responded to a possibly suicidal male.

11:49 p.m. – A possible domestic was reported at a Pivot Rock Rd.

apartment.

Sept. 4

8:35 a.m. – The school asked for a welfare check on a student.

11:12 a.m. – An accident outside city limits required a deputy.

3:11 p.m. – A woman who could not find her son was relieved when he was located and safe.

Sept. 5

2:20 a.m. – Too much noise at a Spring St. bar was quieted.

2:35 a.m. – Loud music outside a Spring St. hotel was quieted.

8:49 a.m. – An alarm went off due to employee participation, so all was considered A-OK.

9:30 a.m. – When officers responded to a residence because of a disturbance, they called ESFD to transport a male to ESH.

10:44 a.m. – A residential alarm went off but all was found to be secure.

10:49 a.m. – Officer made contact following a call for a welfare concern. It was all good.

11:33 a.m. – A traffic accident on Spring St. got a report.

12:39 p.m. – Too much noise was coming from a Spring St. address and when officer talked to the subject he left.

1:19 p.m. – A traffic problem on Echols was untied.

2:58 p.m. – Caller didn’t like the way a motorcycle was being driven but officer didn’t locate that particular offender.

3:05 p.m. – An abandoned vehicle was reported at Black Bass Lake.

4:54 p.m. – Caller said someone in a white Chevy pickup hit her vehicle and took off.

5:39 p.m. – Caller from ESH requested a welfare check on a woman.

6:04 p.m. – Caller wanted to speak with an officer about a hit and run, and did.

6:45 p.m. – Caller said a male she had previously had issues with was back, but he was not there when officer arrived.

7:48 p.m. – A welfare check on a mother and two children was done.

Sept. 6

1:44 a.m. – A 911 disconnection at a residence dictated that an officer check it out.

11:30 a.m. – A poorly parked truck caused a traffic hazard on Owen St.

3:53 p.m. – When officers checked on a Main St. disturbance, everyone had gone.

6:59 p.m. – Officer spoke with a woman about a theft.

7:59 p.m. – Officer checked on a welfare concern and found nothing amiss.

8:39 p.m. – A disturbance at a highway restaurant was amicably resolved.

9:20 p.m. – Reported threats did not require a report at this time.

11:01 p.m. – Officer drove up on a disturbance in progress on Mountain St. and split the couple up for the night.

11:16 p.m. – A domestic at a motel required that couple to be split up also.

11:19 p.m. – There was a parking issue on N. Main that was rectified.

Sept. 7

12:24 a.m. – A suspicious male was gone when the law arrived.
