March 2

4:36 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle in a convenience store lot was scrutinized.

9:33 a.m. – Driver of a white truck blocked a lane on Pivot Rock Rd. but that didn’t last long.

9:38 a.m. – A traffic hazard caused by a cement truck was determined to not be a traffic hazard.

3:52 p.m. – A woman’s truck was hit on Spring St. and the guy who hit it tried to leave because he said he was in a hurry, but that didn’t work out all that well for him and he was present while the report was written.

6:41 p.m. – Activity at Perkins Mill was reported but not detected.

March 3

4:15 p.m. – A possible theft was reported on Main St. but turns out there was no offense, thus no report.

4:35 p.m. – An erratic driver was reported near Spring and Main.

7:34 p.m. – An intoxicated individual got official attention.

March 4

3:57 p.m. – A criminal mischief incident was reported in the ESPD lobby.

4:16 p.m. – An alarm indicated a security alert and the premises were checked and fine.

4:21 p.m. – Officer responded to a possible theft on Main St.

5:40 p.m. – Information was gathered during a followup call on Spring St.

March 5

7 a.m. – Unsettled conversation led to a disturbance, but the disturbance was determined to be verbal only.

2:08 p.m. – Officers responded to a request from another agency for assistance, but none was needed.

4:44 p.m. – Suspicious people were reported on Spring St. but individuals answering that description were not found.

5:42 p.m. – Officer responded to but was unable to locate a reported suspicious vehicle near US62.

6:01 p.m. – Odd circumstances at Black Bass Lake required looking into.

8:34 p.m. – A traffic dustup on US62 did not qualify for a report.

March 6

1:33 a.m. – A possible trespasser on Armstrong was looked for.

2:54 p.m. – A domestic disturbance on E. Van Buren got a report.

8:31 p.m. – A 911 hangup call was checked out and no distress was found.

9:21 p.m. – A man at a motel caused enough of a kerfuffle that he got himself arrested for public intox.

9:50 p.m. – Officer responded to a highway liquor store for a welfare check.

10:25 p.m. – A private property accident needed a report.

March 7

8:14 p.m. – Found property was submitted to an officer and taken to ESPD.

8:30 p.m. – A possible fire was called in and checked out.

10:56 p.m. – A possible disturbance at a downtown bar got officers’ attention.

March 8

12:26 a.m. – Caller said the music downtown was too loud.

3:04 a.m. – Officer assisted another agency at a motel.

9:48 a.m. – A female said her friend took her car the night before and had not returned it. Officer spoke with the complainant and her friend, and the car was returned.

11:56 a.m. – Caller said a domestic disturbance at a highway restaurant needed tending. When officers arrived, a woman and child had already left, but information was taken.

1:24 p.m. – A blue heeler mix was reported hanging around a business unattended. Neither officers nor ACO could locate the dog.

9:58 p.m. – Officer responded to a hotel for a hit-and-run accident.
