January 13

11:31 p.m. – Officers helped make contact with a manager or owner so a motel guest could get into her room.

January 14

4:41 a.m. – Response to a possible intruder at a W. Van Buren residence was undertaken.

9:42 a.m. – No report was needed after response to an apartment complex regarding a trespasser.

10:47 a.m. – A possibly intoxicated downtown driver was not reported but not located.

January 15

6:41 a.m. – Caller who was opening a business was unfamiliar with a vehicle in the parking lot. Police checked the vehicle whose owner returned while they were there and said he ran out of gas.

8:46 a.m. – A commercial alarm at a thrift shop bellowed, but on arrival the manager said everything was cool.

10:02 a.m. – A minor vehicle accident in the ESPD parking lot was tended.

10:01 p.m. – A disturbance did not require a report.

January 16

7:56 a.m. – A large truck got kind of knotted up near Harmon Park and needed assistance getting straightened out and on its way.

2:34 p.m. – A private property accident got a report.

January 17

11:26 a.m. – A disturbance at a residence did not require a report.

3:41 p.m. – The previous disturbance re-ignited but was quashed on arrival.

4:28 p.m. – A possible theft was reported at a highway restaurant.

January 18

4:57 p.m. – A loose dog got itself reported.

9:27 p.m. – Officers went to a hotel to deal with an intoxicated person.

10:15 p.m. – A business burglary alarm required a thorough check and the building was secured.

January 19

6:45 a.m. – County dispatch alerted police to an attempted vehicle break-in at a campground. Perpetrator fled when the car alarm went active.

6:47 a.m. – A lady said she stopped to get supper to take home and ordered two meals but only got one burger. She called the business to say she was coming back to get the rest of the meal she had paid for, but said the guy yelled and screamed at her, called her a liar, and said she only wanted free food. An officer went to the business to meet the lady there.

10:20 p.m. – Officer conducted a welfare check.

January 20

1:41 a.m. – No report was needed for a possible disturbance at a motel.
