7:42 a.m. – Officer responded to a business for a criminal mischief call.
10:01 a.m. – A break-in and stolen vehicle were reported at a used car lot.
8:17 p.m. – An altercation at a N. Main St. bar went unreported because when officer arrived those involved had left.
10:34 p.m. – A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of a man for driving on a suspended and no proof of insurance.
May 14
8:52 a.m. – Officer drove to Fayetteville to pick up a man who was picked up there on an outstanding warrant from ESPD.
12:11 p.m. – Caller requested that an officer respond to Cloud Dr. where someone had broken into a vehicle. A report was taken.
1 p.m. – Officer was called to a residence due to someone being unresponsive. That person had fainted, was okay, and no report was needed.
5:46 p.m. – An alarm company cancelled an alarm on Spring St.
May 15
3:27 p.m. – A stalled vehicle in the road caught the attention of someone who beckoned help but when help arrived no vehicle was found.
3:39 p.m. – When officers responded to a call for assistance from EMS, they made contact with a woman they arrested for public intox.
8:25 p.m. – Suspicious people were reported being in Basin Park but after talking with them officer determined they were not suspicious.
May 16
7:54 a.m. – A 911 call near the school was determined to be accidental.
9:15 a.m. – A person was reported for leaving the scene of a private property accident.
2:30 p.m. – A suspicious male was reported on Pivot Rock Rd. but officer was unable to locate him.
4:25 p.m. – Report of a suspicious male at Greenwood Hollow was checked and a report was done.
4:35 p.m. – An assault at Lake Leatherwood was reported.
4:52 p.m. – A local business received a nuisance call and reported it.
4:55 p.m. – Officer responded to Prospect St. regarding an abandoned vehicle in the roadway, but officer never saw it.
5:45 p.m. – A local business called in reference to a welfare concern but officer was unable to make contact with anyone.
7:02 p.m. – A disturbance at a Spring St. restaurant required the long arm of the law to quiet things down.
May 17
10:12 a.m. – Caller reported an attempted break-in at his unopened business of Spring St.
4:27 p.m. – An auto accident on E. Van Buren required a report.
5:30 p.m. – A parking issue on Ridgeway resulted in a citation.
9:32 p.m. – Officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver.
May 18
3:08 a.m. – A traffic stop on E. Van Buren resulted in a woman’s arrest for driving on a suspended, no DL, and no proof of insurance.
3:12 a.m. – A possible intruder was reported on Armstrong St. but no one was found in the residence nor was there any sign of forced entry.
3:23 a.m. – A vehicle on Mill Hollow Rd. was reported for being empty and its lights on, but when the cops got there they could not find the car’s owner.
3:10 p.m. – A tree blew down blocking US62 and gendarmes helped with traffic control.
3:20 p.m. – An EMS call on Spring St. required the expertise of a traffic controller.
3:25 p.m. – Snarled traffic on Crescent Dr. needed clearing.
4:40 p.m. – A car abandoned in the roadway got itself towed.
May 19
11:40 a.m. – An intoxicated male on Judah was reported but not located.
2:19 p.m. – Caller reported a dog locked inside a vehicle and when officers responded they arrested a man on an outstanding warrant from Washington County.
