12:44 p.m. – A reported noise complaint was unfounded.

1:43 p.m. – A disturbance over a vehicle parked in a private parking spot was settled when cops had the offending vehicle towed.

March 27

12:05 p.m. – A two-vehicle no injury accident on Pivot Rock Rd. required a report.

12:11 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of gunshots that turned out to be a neighbor burning brush, thus no report.

2:42 p.m. – Caller claimed that dogs at a neighbor’s house had been barking all day, however when officer arrived dogs just weren’t barking, so the matter was referred to Animal Control.

3:44 p.m. – A woman turned herself in on an outstanding failure to pay fines warrant.

March 28

2:07 p.m. – Officer responded in reference to a theft but it was under county jurisdiction.

3:58 p.m. – A suspicious female in Basin Park was reported and talked to, and she left.

5:29 p.m. – A parking issue on Owen St. did not require a citation.

10:54 p.m. – A disturbance call required an officer but the suspect had left the vicinity.

March 29

1:34 a.m. – A car or home alarm was ringing on either Mountain or Owen.

8:28 a.m. – Complainant reported a small four-wheeler stolen from a business.

1:22 p.m. – An accident at a downtown business parking lot required a report.

4:36 p.m. – Accident on E. Van Buren required official paperwork.

7:59 p.m. – The subject of a welfare concern was checked and found to be fine.

9:43 p.m. – Four individuals reported for possibly being intoxicated were checked but there is no further information.

9:52 p.m. – A possibly inebriated driver at a local hotel was checked out.

March 30

4:13 a.m. – Officer responded to a US62 motel for a disturbance report.

4:56 a.m. – A verbal dispute on Mill Hollow Rd. required an official response.

2:28 p.m. – A parking issue at King and Spring was resolved when the vehicles were moved.

2:57 p.m. – A theft report at a Van Buren business was taken.

10:14 p.m. – A disturbance was reported at E. Van Buren cottages. A male was arrested for aggravated assault and a female was arrested for 1st degree domestic battery.

March 31

1:41 a.m. – A woman was arrested for public intox after an altercation at a downtown parking lot.

11:35 a.m. – Guests at a B&B reported their tires had been flattened overnight after a confrontation before the incident. They did not file a report.

12:57 p.m. –A two-vehicle non-injury accident was reported on US62.

11:23 p.m. – Officer responded to a protection order violation.
