1:40 p.m. – Officer drove to Fayetteville to transport a man with an ESPD warrant back to town.
2:42 p.m. – The hotel guest asked to remain in his room was arrested for DWI, possession of drug paraphernalia and no seat belt.

4:50 p.m. – An officer assisted a citizen at the clinic.
4:54 p.m. – Response to a 911 hangup call revealed that all was fine.
5:59 p.m. – A disturbance at Elk and White Sts. was quelled.
7:27 p.m. – A stalled 18-wheeler on US62 required assistance.

11:43 a.m. – Two men and a woman were reported as suspicious but found to be working for a property owner.
9:48 p.m. – A noise complaint was investigated but unfounded.
10:35 p.m. – Broken windows at a were noticed by an officer on patrol and reported to the business owner.

2:08 a.m. – A woman waiting for someone to help her inside due to a foot injury was reported for sitting in an idling car.
10:25 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported but not found.
1:50 a.m. – A residential burglar alarm went off for a reason that wasn’t a burglar.
3:07 p.m. – A reckless driver was arrested for driving on a suspended license.
4:18 p.m. – The source of reported gunshots at Dairy Hollow was not found.
February 1
5:31 p.m. – A possible assault at a nursing home was reported.
8:13 p.m. – Reckless driver was reported but not located.
February 2
8:37 a.m. – A woman said she felt threatened by a man at the dog park even though after she initiated contact with him over his dogs he responded and left the park.
9:08 a.m. – A woman was arrested for driving on a suspended license.
6:43 p.m. – A male was reported for suspiciously following a female, but when officers made contact with her she was arrested on an outstanding Berryville PD warrant.
8:56 p.m. – Theft of services was reported on Main St

12:04 a.m. – A man was arrested for DWI, implied consent refusal and driving left of center.
10:33 p.m. – A suspicious vehicle was checked out.
10:58 p.m. – Officers assisted EMS with a vehicle blocking the highway.
