Churches, newspapers, libraries, and Save the Buffalo advocates marched down Spring Street to exercise their rights to assemble, protest, speak, write and petition in April. The parade was led by Grand Marshal Virginia Voiers and was to support our Constitutional rights during a time when many felt those rights were threatened.
