We thank all of our friends and customers for financial support and prayers during our fight with cancer. Maria had a double mastectomy two years ago and is now still cancer free. She is being treated for tremors and could use prayers, please.
I, Steve, had two types of cancer and am now cancer free. Over a year ago I was diagnosed with a rare tumor on my pancreas and was looking at losing half of my pancreas and spleen. The day before pre-op they decided to cancel and watch, as it was slow growing and very tiny.
During the MRIs they found a hot spot at the base of my tongue. It was 90% curable. I had 33 radiation and six chemo treatments. Liquid diet for two months, burnt throat, etc.
As of today, I have had two radioactive PET/CT scans. No cancer, not even on the pancreas.
For 33 days I prayed during treatment and there was a sign above my face that said Expect a Miracle!
I am set up for another PET scan in February. Due to radiation, I have no saliva and very little taste, but I’m grateful.
Cancer and lack of work have bankrupted us, but we are coming back. Everyone has been so kind and generous. We are grateful to all and wish you the best. We never could have made it without you and the Lord Jesus Christ. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas!
