Wanda Lee Stuck of Holiday Island, Ark., was born January 16, 1938, in Girard, Kan., to Clarence William and Edna Irene (Diehm) Elkenbary. Her soul took flight Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2018, after a valiant three-and-a-half-year fight with pulmonary fibrosis.

Wanda attended the Holiday Island Community Church and was a member of the Holiday Island Elks Club and Women’s Golf League. Those who knew Wanda would remember her collection of owls, her excellent cooking, her love of shopping, gift-giving and lots of bling.

She is survived by a blended family of son and daughter-in-law, Kerry and Janet Anderson of Papillion, Neb.; son and daughter-in-law, Bret and Ingra Anderson of Papillion, Neb.; her husband’s children, whom she loved dearly, Mike Stuck of Seattle, Wash., and Mark Stuck of Omaha, Neb.; daughter and son-in-law, Shelly and Steven Scoggins of Omaha, Neb.; four grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.

Wanda is also survived by her first husband and father of her children, Fred Anderson.

On March 3, 1984, she was united in marriage with Ralph Deven Stuck who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Clarence “Ike” Elkenbary.

Memorial services were Sept. 23, 2018, at the Holiday Island Community Church in Holiday Island, Ark., with Pastor Jeff Timm officiating.
