I have seen much news about ES’s CAPC, and why? Does this town really need advertising and promotion? Last news was that it has $120,000 surplus, and that it spent about $14,000. on fireworks on the 4th –oh my, an hour of sparks and noise, satisfying a few bored people.
What I also see is almost all trolley stops are without shelters. Folks have to wait in the sun, rain, sleet, near toxic traffic. Some with toddlers, their pets, groceries, and whatever else they can manage to carry. CACP, think you might build shelters with some of you cash?
