Since Eureka Springs has decided to embrace the money that scores of bikers who have illegally modified their rides to produce the most noise possible bring to our bars and lodging industry, you have got to ensure that the area around the hospital remains quiet. They seem to have no regard for existing signage. Even the ones who have just visited their injured companions in the ER rattle the windows of the patient rooms as they leave the parking lot.
There are reasons for having noise ordinances and consequences for choosing not to enforce them adequately. It is up to the folks who insist on being annoying to understand that the fact that they are currently getting away with lawlessness can just as easily be brought to an end by simply enforcing laws that already exist.
