City Advertising & Promotion commissioners voted Monday at a special meeting to elect CAPC publicist and social media manager Gina Rambo as Interim-Director during the 90-day contract period of Lacey Ekberg. Chair Carol Wright broke a 3-3 tie voting in favor of Rambo, along with commissioners Bobbie Foster, James DeVito and Jeff Carter.
Opposed were commissioners Terry McClung, Susan Harman and Greg Moon.
Rambo has worked at the CAPC for eight years.
