When we first moved to Eureka Springs, I noticed the town’s hospital had the motto on their sign: “The hospital with a heart.” I thought, “Well, that is kinda cool!”
Little did I know that years later both my mom and I would enter this hospital on an emergency basis (two separate occasions). Both times we were indeed met with heartfelt kindness as well professional care by all the staff.
In the past year the hospital has done a great deal of renovating and upgrading and has so much to offer. I recently had to return on an outpatient basis for an ultrasound, and again was treated with great skill and wonderful kindness. It was great not to have to travel far to get tested.
My family and I are so grateful that the “hospital with a heart” continues to thrive here in Eureka Springs.
