Showing support to end violence

Editor,

I won’t be able to attend the March for Our Lives events in Fayetteville or Bentonville on the 24th but I will be in Basin Park from 11 a.m. –1 p.m. to show support on behalf of Eureka Springs Indivisible for the high school men and women around the country demonstrating for the right of all us to be safe from gun violence in school and out.

Just today a Missouri Highway Patrol Officer was killed by a bipolar, paranoid schizophrenic with a gun. A trained, armed law enforcer couldn’t protect himself, how should a teacher/security officer be expected to? Enough is enough.
