I want to thank the dog owners for bagging their dog’s doo-doo when walking through town. I’ve noticed some haven’t quite gotten the hang of proper pet etiquette. When using the disposal bag one not only must pick up after their pet but then must dispose of the filled bag in a trash can, unlike the dog walker on Hillside Ave. who tosses the feces-filled bag into my garden, bushes, sidewalk, and driveway.
I hope that this further instruction will help that person follow through on proper disposal and show that he or she is a good neighbor who cares about Eureka Springs. Thanks.
