Rosemary Ellen (Rosebud) Trask passed away at home on July 4, 2018 at age 65. She was born the youngest of four children in Detroit, Mich., to parents Wilford and Rosemary (McErlane) Trask.
Rosebud loved life to the fullest and was especially fond of animals and her childhood dog, Teddy. Teddy was the foundation for her lifelong love of teddy bears. As a young girl her life was filled with countless great times with her family and her many, many, many cousins, including her dearest cousins Loraine McCarthy, who currently lives in Georgia with her husband Jack, and Rosemary McErlane who resides in California with her partner, Joe.
After graduating high school, Rosebud opened a resale shop on Main Street in downtown Plymouth, Mich. She was a loving daughter who cared for her mother during her terminal illness.
Rosebud came to visit Eureka Springs more than seven years ago with her friend Teresa and never left. While here in Eureka, she worked at the Heartstone Inn with Cheri, Rick and Sandy.
Rosebud was deeply religious and is now in the loving arms of Jesus. She is also reunited with those she dearly loved including Kenny, Aspen and her brother, Thurston. She had many friends and was greatly loved. She will be truly missed.
