Local government should not be about party labels—it should be about professionalism, accountability, and respect for the people it serves.
I’m running for Carroll County Judge because citizens deserve a county government that listens, manages taxpayer dollars responsibly, and operates with transparency. With more than 28 years of experience in county government, I’ve seen how public trust is earned—and how quickly it can be lost when oversight and professionalism are lacking.
Public records and citizen testimony show that Carroll County can do better, particularly in contract oversight, fiscal priorities, and how residents are treated when they speak up. These concerns are not partisan. They are about process, accountability, and basic respect.
County government should focus on essentials—like roads, public safety, and infrastructure—before spending taxpayer dollars on studies and projects that fail to deliver results. Contracts should be handled by authorized officials, reviewed carefully, and made transparent so residents know how their money is being spent. And citizens should never be dismissed, threatened, or minimized for exercising their right to speak.
I bring a process-improvement mindset to government: fix what’s broken, improve what works, and always put the public first. That means calm, respectful leadership, clear rules, and decisions that can withstand public scrutiny.
Carroll County deserves leadership that earns trust through actions—not assurances. My commitment is simple: professional government, responsible spending, and open access for every citizen.
