There will be traffic disruption and brief interruptions of electrical service in September and October while SWEPCO works on replacing about 100 utility poles in various locations around Eureka Springs.
SWEPCO said in phone messages to customers that when the work requires a brief outage to move a transformer or other facilities to a new pole, the contractor, Higher Power, will contact affected customers to coordinate the outage.
