Eureka Springs Parks & Recreation Department and Mayor Butch Berry will formally unveil the first installment of the Harmon Park Art Trail on Saturday, May 19 at 2 p.m. The project is a large mural on the Harmon Park building by the Bark Park and is part of the 2018 May Festival of the Arts.
