A huge thank you to my wonderful hometown of Eureka Springs, our first month re-opening Bubba’s was amazing because of your support. We reassembled an amazing staff with a passion for keeping your Bubba’s dining experience alive. A special thanks to Bob Wilson and his family for providing the history, recipes and encouragement to continue the legacy that everyone has grown to love since 1979. Our promise is to keep the same great quality BBQ and be active members in the community, both are very important to us.
