Gov. Hutchinson has declared Saturday, Sept. 7 Cheryl Maples Memorial Day. People will gather at 8 p.m. at the State Capitol in Little Rock for a Candlelight Service. All who admired and loved this brave and loving attorney could carpool to Little Rock and voice their admiration, especially the lesbian and gay community of Arkansas.
