Normally I chitter about local music or events happening at the bars here in Eureka Springs. Every once in a while though, I feel the need to speak on the music I jam to while facing the Covenant Armada with my buddies, or while soaring through the air as a gun-toting space wizard. One of my favorites, a group known as Can’t Stop Won’t Stop just released a new song called Fridays two weeks ago and I can’t stop nor will I stop listening to it on repeat. Their specialty is funky hip-hop and I put their music’s ability to put a smile on a dour face near par with Freddie Mercury’s Don’t Stop Me Now. Looking like a theme this week, right? Anyway, don’t just read about it, go listen to their song on Youtube or Spotify and I hope you find yourself bobbing your head to the lyrics of David Eff. As always take a gander an inch down for music listings in town and if hip-hop isn’t your jam I’m sure you will find something that is.
