Kathryn Marie Kappen of Eureka Springs, Ark., was born Sept. 16, 1967 to Kay Lenz in San Antonio, Texas. Kathryn passed away Jan. 24, 2021 in Springdale, Ark., at age 53.
Kathryn was an artist and enjoyed gardening and fishing.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Donald Kappen, and daughter Cathrine Kappen of Eureka Springs; stepfather Alton Lenz of Berryville, Ark.; brother Glen Willingham of Huntsville, Ark.; sister Jackie Pinkley of Huntsville, Ark.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Kay Lenz.
