Editor,
This “organizational-dynamics-situation” is a common ho-hum, conversation in any business school.
Truly seasoned business consultants would vigorously recommend against further mentions of a CEO …until a fundamental level of “workability” is first obtained, and is then minimally sustainable, with the current staff and other current players.
No way will bringing in a new CEO (or management company) actually “work.”
Instead, what will work, is for one of the current players, someone already known to all (including warts) to stand up and stand tall with everyone and say, “If this is to be, it is up to me and us. With your support, I and we can and actually will do this!” [That] includes regulatory and so on… all can be covered by current people.
By everyone working together differently, by quieting everything down, by making this work the way it is, and by facing that the only way out of this is through, visions for ES Hospital are then realizable.
This is a 100% DIY opportunity (with team-coaching). With unbridled spirit plus impeccable integrity, the meek can triumph and pull this off.
