I read recently about the bloody, knife blade signing held by Scout for their colluders in the destruction of Carroll County. They dined on a sumptuous banquet under an Arabian tent and proudly signed their names as destroyers of their county.
As a co-author of Act 945, the Arkansas Wind Energy Development Act, I am proud to have been able to protect Arkansas from further, unregulated ravages by the foreign wind companies. But I am broken-hearted for not being able to protect Carroll County.
Because we were forced to grandfather in Scout, these behemoths are being built on fragile terrain, with no inspections except for storm water runoff. And, no decommissioning bond will be posted for 20 years, per the easements these destroyers signed. I guess we the taxpayers of Arkansas will pick up the bill for any disasters or failures of these dangerous, ugly beasts until then.
Scout has sold this as “green/clean” energy. Please explain to me what is “green” about clear-cutting thousands of trees and destroying acres of habitat? What is “green” about the hundreds of yards of “dirty” concrete being used in these foundations? And, when these monsters are no longer useful, what is “green” about grinding them up and burying them?
As for the tiny handful of landowners who agreed to this devastation, they see only one shade of green, the color of money. They and Scout have treated their neighbors with utter disdain. They have trampled on their neighbors’ private property rights while beating their breasts and yelling about their own. They have reduced their neighbors’ property values for no compensation, and robbed them of the quiet, peaceable enjoyment of their property. All so the few can stuff their pockets with the ill-gotten gains.
While the privileged, chosen ones were enjoying their feast, one of them crowed about her place in history. I can assure her and her fellow money worshipers that they have indeed secured their place in history, right alongside Benedict Arnold.

I doubt if Kevin could find his way to Bradshaw mountain.
I think I know where Bradshaw Mtn. is considering my great great grandpa. Amos Bradshaw cleared the field where the laydown yard is currently located
Kevin, You must be one of the “privileged, chosen ones” who don’t care about the negative impacts to their neighbors and the environment. Becky
This about the most moronic idiotic unsubstantiated statement I’ve read so far in this paper .
