Gratitude for a great show

Editor,

What a wet and wild Diversity weekend we had. The Queen of Dance, Kristine W, was the headliner who with jazz artist, Mychael Pollard and Eureka’s own Fossils of Ancient Robots, had one of the best shows in the AUD for Diversity since Covid. The band was asked by Kristine W to be her opening act and perform with her.

The PDA and some events in the park were rained out, but there were still many visitors. Moms with Free Hugs passed out 500 rainbow flower leis.

We had visitors specifically for Diversity from Ft. Lauderdale, Philadelphia, San Antonio, Denver, Chicago, and Eugene, Oregon, as well as from our six neighbor states.

Kristine W flew in two days early to spend time in Eureka Springs, and she and her crew raved about the energy and love they felt here.

Special shout out to New World Drums who saved the day for Kristine’s show.

Thank you to the many sponsors, organizations, and venues that made it possible.

Diversity Weekends belong to our entire community.
