Cole Rains, a senior at Eureka Springs High School, has been selected as Rotary Student of the Month for November 2018. He has been selected three times as the Arkansas State Champion for SkillsUSA in masonry. After graduation, Cole plans to attend North Arkansas College to learn to become a heavy equipment operator.
